In 1985, SIVABALA INDUSTRIES was first started by our Chairman - R.Raghupathy immediately after his graduation. From then he was very instrumental in expanding and successfully carrying out fabrication business for more than 20 years.
It has been 17 years, since his vision of being a promising builder in the construction market and the need for it - he founded SIVABALA CONSTRUCTIONS ™ in the year 2004.
Our Chairman, R.Raghupathy strongly understands our Clients, that the building that we build with bricks and cement are the Homes that they are going to Live-in Happily. Thus, we make sure that each of our Clients could Cherish their Homes for their Life – built by us.
Sivabala Constructions as a real estate enterprise very committed to building aspirations and developing values. Our philosophy of creating superior living spaces that reflect our belief, we also offer tastefully chosen plotted development spaces in selected locations.
Over the years, we have constructed and promoted many Individual Houses – Villas; Duplex Houses, Plots, Flats / Apartments, Schools, Offices, Banks, Hospitals, Companies, Godowns, Shops and Showrooms nearly 2 decades in the cities of Ranipet and Vellore Districts.
Our well-known project “Sivabala Apartment” is one of the first apartments to be successfully promoted in the district.
